Tahiti reds and oranges design was inspired by a towel my daughter brought back from New Zealand. The pattern felt like a woodcut design because of the negative space between the shapes. I had fun giving the shapes a not so perfect edge, which makes the design feel hand made like a woodcut. I’m always trying to keep my artists’ hand visible and apparent in all my designs! This design comes in blues as well.
